THE fostering charity Parents and Children Together (PACT) and Oxfordshire County Council have joined forces with Tower Hamlets Council to encourage people to look after siblings.
The charity says about 59 per cent of children in care have brothers and sisters who are also fostered but with separate parents.
The new service, choosefostering, which has received funding from the Department of Education, will provide information, support and training for prospective carers.
