A Nuneham Courtenay construction firm is due to be sentenced today over the death of villager Mark Williams.
The dad-of-two, 41, was killed when the forklift he was driving toppled over on a Newbury building site in July 2011.
Earlier this month, Costain Ltd was found guilty of health and safety breaches following a trial at Reading Crown Court.
