THOUSANDS of runners have filled University Parks this morning ahead of today's biggest-ever Town and Gown charity race.
They are hoping to raise thousands of pounds for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign by taking part in a 10k fun run, as well as a 3k junior race and a wheelchair race.
The main event starts at 10am and the runners will make their way through Oxford in a variety of colourful costumes.
It is hoped they will raise more than £150,000 to fight muscle wasting conditions.
