WHIZZING robots brought a smile to IT developers as they flew across the King’s Centre.
And these machines can even be controlled by a hoodie.
Developer Andrew Nesbitt, 29, from Bath, joined friend Francis Gulotta, 30, to demonstrate inventions on Friday.
They hoped their demonstration would encourage more people to develop their own gadgets.
Mr Nesbitt said: “We were presenting a different talk.
“We presented ways that developers can get involved with programming and do something a little bit different.
“With the robots, you can fly them around using your iPad or your phone. You can also control it with a hoodie. If you lift your arms up into the air, it will send a message. It was quite fun.”
Mr Nesbitt has a degree in Robotics from Plymouth University and has been working with these robots for a year.
He added: “I think I have about 11 of them in my house. It is really a teaching exercise about getting people interested in robotics.”
