IN answer to Angela Stevens’ justifiable complaint (May 26) that her daughter’s school was closed on election day.
It is the local authority and not the Prime Minister which decides where local polling stations are placed.
I suggest that if she does not want the school to be closed next time she should complain to her local councillors and ask them to choose one of her suggested alternatives.
