DIGITAL radio listeners in Oxford and South West Oxfordshire will have better reception, thanks to a new transmitter.
The BBC installed a new DAB transmitter for the districts last week, giving some areas proper coverage for the first time and improving reception for others.
Listeners are advised to check their coverage at bbc.co.uk/digitalradio According to the BBC, DAB digital radio provides more stations, improves sound quality and removes the need for retuning.
