Traffic queuing on the A34 after a bus broke down
A BROKEN-DOWN bus is blocking part of Oxford Ring Road at Hinksey Hill.
One lane is blocked northbound between the Hinksey Hill Interchange and South Hinksey Golf Course turn-off.
One lane is still open, but traffic is queuing to get past.
Traffic is particulalrly bad further along, between Botley and Wolvercote. Congestion is continuing up to Weston on the Green and carrying onto the M40.
The Highways Agency said delays are up to 30 minutes, due to heavy traffic.
