CREWS are thought to be filming scenes for the latest James Bond film at Blenheim Palace.
Eagle-eyed readers tweeted a number of pictures yesterday with signs that the 24th 007 movie was in the county.
Jonny Dyer posted a picture of a Porsche on the back of a trailer: "Lots of very expensive cars and film unit gear at Blenheim Palace today. Staff cagey but seems to be new #bond #007."
And West Oxfordshire Academy of Performing Arts: Children's Theatre School tweeted pictures showing cranes and other equipment on site.
Staff at the Woodstock tourist attraction said they could not confirm or deny the rumours.
In December the Oxford Mail reported that Tom Cruise's latest Mission: Impossible blockbuster was being filmed at the palace.
While the palace remained tight-lipped yesterday, it was announced that a Jaguar C-X75 built in collaboration with Williams Advanced Engineering in Grove, will feature in a car chase sequence through Rome in the film.
The Jaguar will feature along side a Range Rover Sport SVR and a Land Rover Defender Big Foot.
