JUST weeks after Oxford’s new Leon restaurant opened its doors, one of the two men who founded the chain visited the city to meet his fans.
Leon co-founder John Vincent dropped by Blackwell’s bookshop in Broad Street on Friday to sign copies of his new recipe book – Leon Fast and Free.
The book, co-authored by food consultant and chef Jane Baxter, aims to give Leon fans a chance to cook its self-styled healthy fast food at home.
Mr Vincent said: “We make naturally fast food that tastes good, does you good and is kind to the planet.”
The Oxford Leon in Cornmarket Street opened its doors on Wednesday, November 30, following the opening of Japanese chain Wasabi earlier that month on the other side of Cornmarket Street.
