POET and blogger Dan Holloway is to give a talk to Oxford University students on the subject of running and mental health.
The free talk will take place tomorrow at the Edmond Safra Lecture Theatre at the Said Business School in Park End Street from 12.45pm to 1.45pm.
In the University Mental Health Day lunchtime talk, Mr Holloway, who has run 100 kilometres in an ultramarathon, will speak about the positive effects of running on his own mental health.
He has spoken widely on mental health issues.
