DRIVERS are continuing to face traffic misery in Oxford city centre this afternoon, even with it being the school holidays.
Temporary traffic lights near the Westgate Centre build meant drivers are facing up to 20 minute delays this morning and the problems seem to be just as bad this afternoon.
The lights are forcing traffic into one lane, creating huge queues along Abingdon Road and Botley Road.
