A PRIVATE school near Faringdon wants to extend and refurbish its sports hall.
St Hugh’s School in Carswell has applied for permission to replace changing rooms and build a new swimming pool and rooms offering flexible space for teaching or performances.
In an application to Vale of White Horse District Council, it said: “The existing sports hall is in high pupil demand but is in need of repair and modernisation.”
A decision is due by November 2.
