TRAFFIC was backed up in the city this morning after a car overturned at the Headington roundabout.
Thames Valley Police were called and appeared to close of the A40 Northern By Pass Road heading westbound.
Reports showed traffic backed up all approaches to the roundabout.
Thames Valley Police said it was a 'minor injury crash'.
South Central Ambulance spokeswomna Michelle Archer said: "We were called at 8.35am to London Road to a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.
"Two crews and an ambulance officer treated one male and a female at the scene. One of these patients were taken to the john radcliffe hospital.
"I have no reason to believe there are any serious injuries."
