A van that gave off "a strong smell of cannabis" was stopped by police and the driver was arrested.
Road traffic police stopped the vehicle after it drove past them through Kidlington, the smell of cannabis wafting.
Police said the driver tested positive for cannabis.

Earlier this year, Darren Smith, aged 48, of Blackthorn Hill, Bicester, was charged with one count of driving a vehicle while over the specified drug-drive limit.
It was in relation to an incident that happened on Fir Lane, Steeple Aston, at the end of last year.
Smith appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on January 9.
A driver was also arrested late last year for drug driving in Queens Avenue, Bicester.
