Oxford Mail Camera Club members took photos of trees of all different shapes and sizes for this week’s theme.
Some of the trees were snapped at well-known locations including Cotswold Wildlife Park and Blenheim Palace.
There were lots of striking images worthy of being selected as photo of the week but in the end we selected this colourful picture from Christine Crook, showing a hint of a change in the weather and the end of winter.

Ms Crook said: “Under the trees there are hints of spring coming with Winter Aconites popping up to greet me on my walk.”
Each week camera club members are given a theme and then post their photos on the club’s Facebook page.
A number of photos are selected and shown in the paper and online, and one photo is chosen as photo of the week.
For more details on camera club and how it is run visit the club’s Facebook page. The next theme is ‘home’.
