A DRIVER has been disqualified after causing serious injury to a man.
James Tharby, of Wills Road, Didcot, was charged after causing serious injury by careless/inconsiderate driving on November 24, 2022 on the A34 near Reading.
The 34-year-old was driving a Nissan Micra when he caused serious injury to Jeremy Henwood.

At Reading Magistrates’ Court on February 7 this year, the driver pleaded guilty.
He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work.
Buck was also ordered to pay £85 in court courts and a victim surcharge of £114.
The total amount will need to be paid in full by March 6.
