A CHILD sexual assault case has been sent to the higher courts for a plea and trial preparation case.
Vicky Butler, 32, has been charged with one count of being an offender 18 or over engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 in Witney, not reasonably believing she was 16 or over.
It is alleged the offence happened between January 13, 2012 and September 14, 2019.

Butler, of Little Hardings, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (March 12) for his first hearing.
The case was sent to Oxford Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing which will taker place on April 11.
Butler has unconditional bail until his hearing next month.
