Two town councillors are facing possible action for allegedly breaking the council's code of conduct.
Both appeared before West Oxfordshire District Council's standards committee on Friday (March 15).
The first faced an allegation of breaching a council's code of conduct.
The second councillor faces possible sanction for an alleged breach of the members code of conduct of Woodstock Town Council.
The meeting was held behind closed doors as the committee entered into private session before determining the allegations.
West Oxfordshire District Council was unable to provide further information.
