It is alleged that Glen had stalked a woman between March 21 and March 27 by turning up at her son’s school playground, following her after she dropped her son off, walking past her home shouting for a fight and then showing up outside her home with an axe.
He is also accused of setting off a fire extinguisher off outside her home.
Glen is now due in Oxford Magistrates’ Court on April 23.
