A professional triathlete from Banbury is set to return to her hometown to take part in a competition next month.

Rosie Weston will take part in the sprint distance Banbury Triathlon on May 19.

Ms Weston, 25, turned pro in 2021 and has achieved success with titles including the Ironman 70.3 Weymouth age group female winner in 2021.

She also came third in Ironman 70.3 Cork’s professional race in 2023.
