An 18-year-old man today admitted attacking an Oxford University student on a cycle path in Marston.
Craig Knowles, of Oxford Road, Old Marston, admitted causing actual bodily harm to Abdul Rehman and robbing and grievous bodily harm with intent to Kentaro Ikeda on July 31 last year.
Thomas Mack, 18, of Nicholas Avenue, Marston, denied the three charges and was remanded in custody at Oxford Crown Court and ordered to return tomorrow morning for trial.
Knowles was remanded in custody and will be sentenced on a date to be fixed.
