A cyclist is in a serious condition after a collision with a car in Oxford today.
The cyclist, a boy thought to be about 12, is said by police to be slipping in and out of consciousness following a collision with a car at the junction of Weirs Lane and Abingdon Road.
Abingdon Road is shut going into the city with tailbacks as far as Donnington Bridge Road. Traffic is also slow coming out of the city.
