I VISITED my bank the other day and was asked if I wanted a loan, despite the fact my current account was fairly healthy.
When I said no, I was given a card anyway saying I could borrow up to £20,000.
I would have thought bankers would be trying to be more cautious these days rather than encouraging their customers to borrow on a whim.
