FABIA Cerra will put a slipped disc behind her tomorrow night as she gets on stage for one of the live semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent.

The 35-year-old burlesque dancer, right, from Greater Leys, Oxford, believes a combination of acupuncture, massages and the adrenaline rush from performing in front of millions of viewers will get her through.

She said: “I slipped a disc in the side of my back. I had sciatic pains and went to my doctor, and I’m due to have an MRI scan in June.

“I’ve pushed and pushed through. This is going to be my last opportunity, and I thinking I’m coming home on Friday, so I’m going to dance like it’s the last time.

“When I’m up on stage there’s not going to be any pain. All that excitement and adrenaline is going to help me through.”

The mother-of-one, who travelled to London last night and will be watched from the auditorium by her dad, ex-partner’s mother and two friends, added: “I’m a pin cushion at the moment with the acupuncture and I’ve had deep-tissue massage.

“I’m being careful and doing gentle exercise but I’m not giving up for this.

“At the end of the day, if my disc was out of place I wouldn’t have done the show — I wouldn’t have put my health at risk.”

The show starts at 8.30pm.
