Kick off was delayed until 11.05 am to allow both teams to observe a brief explanation of rememberance day and observe a minutes silence with the parents around the centre circle. Just as we finished the RAF Benson helecopters flew over to waves and cheers from the whole field!
The first game was closely contended with Crowmarsh going two up but then Chalgrove fought back with 2 goals the first a scramble and the second a powerblaster penalty. Towards the end of the second half Crowmarsh regained their lead with two more goals the pick of which was a bullet head for Jordan Langruish from a corner.
The second game was also very close with Crowmarsh coming out eventual winners 2 - 0 despite both sides creating chances escecially from corners.
A good match played in the right spirit.
