A MAN has been jailed over the death of a Charlbury woman in a road accident.
Mother-of-two Helen Kelly, 39, of Sturt Road, died after a crash on the M40 involving two lorries and five cars.
Paul Allen, 46, of Brynfa Avenue, in Welshpool, Powys, pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and was handed a 30-month custodial sentence at Aylesbury Crown Court yesterday.
Allen was also banned from driving for three years.
