SIX-YEAR-OLD Emily Morris was one of the young visitors at Oxford Children’s Hospital who got the chance to meet Wishy the human postbox.
The cheery costume character visited a number of wards at the hospital, which is part of the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington, to run a competition – to guess Wishy’s favourite food.
The contest was organised by the Oxfordshire Town Chambers Network, a network of 24 town chambers and business groups across the county.
The prize for the winner was a meal for four at Oxford’s Big Bang restaurant in Walton Street.
OCTN spokesman Alison Nicholson said: “Wishy has proved to be a really popular visitor, so we were really pleased to be able to visit the hospital, especially at this time of year.”
