A new Argos shop will open its doors in Banbury tomorrow, creating 25 jobs.
The 35,000sq ft store at Banbury Cross Retail Park, in Lockhead Close, is the firm's second shop in the town.
Argos also has a shop in Broad Street, but the new branch will have longer opening hours – until 8pm, Monday to Friday.
Banbury mayor Tina Wren and store manager Steve Roberts will cut a ribbon to officially open the shop.
Mrs Wren said: “We welcome a new retail business in Banbury.
“The new Argos store will play a key role in providing jobs for the local people and we are looking forward to community involvement in the future months.”
Mr Roberts said: “The new Argos store will give our customers increased choice on a wide range of products.
“We're looking forward to opening our doors.”
