Bicester beat Wallingford 13-8 to reach the Oxfordshire Colts final at Iffley Road on April 21 where they will face Henley, conquerors of Banbury earlier in the day.
Bicester were 8-3 down in the early stages of the semi-final, as free-running Wallingford scored a try through centre Peter Strang and a penalty by first-team fly half Andy Butcher.
The home side's response was immediate, with prop William Morris being driven over for a try, which Alistair Smith converted to add to his earlier penalty.
Smith's second penalty just after the break completed the scoring as Bicester kept their opponents at bay.
