Witney's first-ever trip to Rothwell ended in a narrow Dr Martens Eastern Division defeat last night as their disappointing run continued.
The visitors spent most of the first half on the back foot as the pace of the home side's strikers constantly caused problems.
The home side scored the only goal from an 11th-minute corner, Bullymore heading down for Morris to steer the ball home from close range.
The visitors gave Rothwell more to worry about in the second period but it was the home side who had the better chances.
Witney keeper Tom King made several excellent saves to deny them, while the visitors pressed forward to the end but to no avail.
Witney: King, Dunton, Radcliffe, Cook, Murphy, Tavinor, Knight, Caffel, Swann (Hendra 59), Maskell, Burnley. Subs not used: Keveren, Nevillle.
