A man indecently exposed himself to a woman walking along the River Thames towpath at Iffley just before 2pm on Saturday.
The man was Asian, in his early to mid 20s, of slim build and 5ft 10in tall. He was possibly carrying a bag of books. Police on 01865 266333 are appealing for witnesses.
