Members of the Marion Flanagan School of Irish Dancing celebrated St Patrick's Day with dazzling public displays.
The group performed slip jigs, light jigs and a Riverdance-style troupe dance at Templars Square Shopping Centre, Cowley, and the Westgate Shopping Centre in Oxford.
After the dancing on Saturday morning, Oxford band Chrissie and 2 Fold entertained shoppers with Irish songs and instrumental music at Templars Square.
Aoife Griffin enjoys the St Patrick's Day celebrationsThroughout the day, two women in traditional Irish costume handed out flags and wished everybody in the square a happy St Patrick's day.
Kevin Clark, customer services officer at Templars Square, said: "It was pretty good and it brought the crowds in. I think most people enjoyed it - maybe the older ones liked it more than the younger ones. It was fun."
Marion Flanagan said: "It was a busy day, but the display went well. It was good fun and a little bit different. The dancers have never danced in a shopping centre before. They normally perform in halls."
The theme of marking national saints days at Templars Square, which began with St David's Day, will continue with St George's Day in April and St Andrew's Day in November.
