Landowner David Sperry has been fined for storing vehicles on former farmland.
Mr Sperry failed to comply with a demand from South Oxfordshire District Council to remove vehicles from land at his home at New Farm, Mill Lane, Elsfield.
He admitted an offence under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 at Thame Magistrates' Court and was fined £2,000 and ordered to pay costs of £559.50.
Robin Peirce, chairman of the planning committee, said: "The council will continue to bring prosecution action where it is necessary to protect the environment from harmful development."
