The identity of a man found hanged in Bagley Wood near Kennington has been confirmed as Manuel Aguierre.
The body of the 24-year-old, from Welford Gardens in Abingdon, was discovered by a woodman on Tuesday. The death is not being treated as suspicious.
Mr Aguierre, above, was reported missing on December 16 after leaving his mother a short note. He worked for the Courier free newspaper in Abingdon.
An inquest was due to be opened and adjourned today.
