Construction of the £12m Posthouse Oxford hotel is on target to open in June.
The 154-bedroom hotel at the Peartree roundabout, north of Oxford, will be the largest in the city. It will feature 11 conference and meeting rooms, with the largest holding 150 people.
More than 100 jobs are being created at the hotel, which will also have a health club with a £15m swimming pool, spa pool, gym and beauty treatment rooms.
Sales manager Sally Everton said: "The Academy conference centre has its own reception and business guests will benefit from its state-of-the-art meeting and conference room.
"Two function rooms are separated by a soundproof partition yet can be opened into a spacious 135 sq m area for exhibitions, private dinners, or wedding breakfasts for up to 100 guests."
Managing director Patrick Dempsey said: "We are proud that Posthouse Oxford is our first new hotel for ten years."
