The Witney-based Four Pillars Hotel Group has added a hotel near Bristol to its growing collection.
Tortworth Court, which is close to the M5, is a Grade II listed building and is due to open in June.
All six hotels in the group in Oxford, Abingdon, Witney, Buckingham and Osterley, near Heathrow are three or four star grades.
Managing director Ian Keeling said: "We shall continue to seek out new and interesting locations, enabling us to offer more in the way of choice, while retaining our philosophy or personal service and excellence at realistic prices."
