Award-winning Spike Theatre, the company that brought us The Bank Job last year, makes a welcome return tonight to The Theatre, Chipping Norton, with the most bizarre of love triangles B.L.T., writes Chris Gray.

Directed by Glen Noble, cast members Sam Bean, Mark Smith and Julie Walker, aim to create a vibrant and vigorous tale of battling baguettes and spirits that don't know when to leave,

A blossoming relationship is cut short in a battle of independent trader versus the multi-national. Tragically caught somewhere between this world and the next, the heaven-bound victim stallss - and decides to turn detective.

Utilising a full music score by Patrick Dineen, B.L.T. promises to be a delicious combination of inventive storytellings with a distinctive style and madcap humour set in a wonderfully visual world, designed by Brian Hanlon with lighting by Mike Wright.
