Shock, horror! Liberal Democrat leadership contender Chris Huhne was a radical in his student days (Oxford Mail, January 19). Good for him, I say.
There's nothing more boring than politicians who have done nothing remotely interesting in their youth. Would anyone seriously want to vote for someone who had been tame in their early years?
No, as a young political activist, I can only say that this "revelation" makes me more determined to vote for someone who is a committed environmentalist, strong economist and an excellent advocate of devolution.
