I WORKED in Oxford’s Westgate Centre for a number of years but recently retired.
Since then I have visited a number of other shopping centres and now realise how out-dated and dismal the Westgate is.
The car park is disgusting and the centre itself looks to be on its last legs.
If things are not changed, sooner rather than later, then its decline will accelerate even further.
