Sir – With the recent report of worrying pollution levels in Oxford (Report, April 22), I wonder if two small adjustments could be made to the traffic locally.
Could taxi drivers be persuaded to turn off their engines while awaiting fares and tourist buses be made to run on less-polluting engines.
