Three people have been fined at Oxford Magistrates’ Court yesterday for dropping litter.
Mandy Green, of Divinity Road, Oxford, was fined £100, and ordered to pay £150 costs. Anthony James, of Clarks House, Oxford, was also fined £100 and ordered to pay £150 costs. Amelia Whitlock, of Littlebury, Blackbird Leys, who pleaded guilty, was fined £55, and ordered to pay £50 costs.
