I AM seething! I have every respect for the good people of Wootton Bassett, who turn out regularly with the Royal British Legion to welcome home our fallen heroes as the cortege passes through their town.
What makes me so angry is that Meridian News does not mention that the cortege is journeying on to Oxford, nor any mention of the good people of our county who line up to pay their respects in all weathers.
I have tried phoning Meridian News but only got Fred Dineage’s recorded voice and, having made my point, got no response whatsoever.
