ARE we to understand from the ending of John Tanner’s letter (Buses need priority, Oxford Mail ViewPoints, August 5)…“to deliver a superb public transport system across our city” that at last we are going to have a transport system across the city with buses going from Kidlington to Headington and vice versa and that Oxford will not be cut in half as it is now?
