A high-tech firm has set up its UK headquarters at a new building at Banbury Office Village, near the M40 motorway.

US data storage company Active Storage, which specialises specialise in Apple technology, has taken the first floor of what is north Oxfordshire’s only available Grade A office scheme offering freehold and leasehold office accommodation.

Managing director Paul Phillips said: “Our company is truly international and requires excellent road, rail and airport communications.

“So Junction 11 of the M40 at Banbury is ideally located in the centre of the UK.

“We are planning substantial expansion and consider that the quality and environment of the development ideally meets our corporate image and occupational requirements.”

Mike Tracey, managing director of Office Village, added: “We are delighted that our investment and confidence in Banbury and the M40 corridor has been rewarded by another letting.
