IT IS good to see Ferrol Steel — the so-called Bushman of Blackbird Leys — turning his life around with the help of Oxford City Council.
Mr Steel was living in a bush but now has a flat supplied by the council.
It is not just Mr Steel who is now benefitting but residents near the alleyway where he was living rough.
It seems to be a case of everybody wins.
