Two men were found guilty of aggravated burglary at Oxford Crown Court today.
Orlando Sheddon, 30, of Salesian Gardens, Cowley, and Michael Amin Hirabe, 24, of no fixed abode, were arrested in December 2009 in connection with an aggravated burglary at an address in Shelley Road, Cowley.
Hirabe has been remanded and Sheddon granted conditional bail to return to Oxford Crown Court on April 1 for sentencing.
Det Con Matt Welsh said: “This was a very nasty incident where a man was stabbed and assaulted with other weapons by these two men.
“Despite denying their involvement in this incident, the level of evidence we had against them was too great for the courts to ignore.”
