PEOPLE convicted of offences at Didcot Magistrates’ Court recently:
Jeffrey Slater, 27, of Allington Lane, West End, Southampton, admitted possession of cannabis (Class B) in Abingdon on March 29. Fined £200, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Tom Larman, 18, of Watson Crescent, Wootton, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating in Abingdon on March 23. Given a six-month curfew and excluded from all Tesco stores for a year. Told to do 150 hours of unpaid work and pay £200 compensation.
Gemma Edwards, 27, of Faringdon Road in Southmoor, admitted drink-driving on the A417 and A420 in Faringdon on April 16. Namely having 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for a year.
James Tebbutt, 24, of Hardings Strings, Didcot, admitted criminal damage to a window in Evenlode Drive, Didcot, on April 10. Given a six-month conditional discharge.
