Readers may know that Patient Voice was commissioned to carry out this survey by the Oxfordshire LINk.
The report was forwarded to the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust and the NOC Trust and this was followed, coincidentally, by a visit by the Care Quality Commission to the John Radcliffe Hospital who were looking at Dignity and Nutrition for Older People. The comments of the CQC reflected those views expressed by your readers. We are grateful to you for reporting this so accurately.
