I READ with interest the letter about air ambulance donations (Oxford Mail, September 28).
My husband and I have supported them for quite a long time.
Whenever we have a party or raffle we send money to them and always get a lovely letter back to say how grateful they are.
Do you think this lady means only collection tins are being discontinued? I’m sure she found the only gentleman who would be rude to her, as we have always found them very polite.
We will still continue to send money to them as one day one of our family may need their help.
