Two men arrested on suspicion of duping a 90-year-old man of £700 in a distraction burglary at his Cherwell Drive home in Headington will not face charges.
The 44-year-old man from Chatham and the 46-year-old man from Oxford were arrested after police appealed for information about the crime which happened on September 27.
Both men were bailed until November 18, when they were released without charge.
